The hotel is fine, location facilities are ok, and so on but the restaurant is a mess. It was understaffed and the people in the hotel didn't respect queues or anything. Lack of order in the restaurant. However, facilities and fireworks show were great.

Easy to find a free parking slot. Big pool area. Just 10 min walk from the sea.

The hotel was full with kids from France and their parents/teachers/coordinators didn't bother themselves when these kids were shouting and running in the corridors. It was very noisy. WiFi costs 2 eur per hour, we used only half in the evening and couldn't activate the same password in the morning. Poor breakfast.

good clean, ample food, buffet staff efficient, front of house desk staff of very high quality, WIFI very useful.

short trip - town to hotel - prices steep.

travelling by car thru spain . could park almost outside no charge ( street parking ) quiet this time of year , good value at 35 e for half board 1 night .

reception staff a bit surly & unfriendly, hot food poor, cold & undercooked . good sweet & fruit selection , my room on 1st floor right above dining room could hear clearly tables & chairs being moved 6.45am i was trying to have a lye in after a long drive day before .only 1 english channel on telly .bbc world news service. wifi connection in reception area only..

Das ganze Hotel ist durch und durch schlecht.Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet.Badezimmer sahen aus wie beim Metzger.Ich hab kein luxus erwartet aber dieses Hotel gehört definitiv nicht in die drei Sterne Kategorie .Pool Anlage sah aus wie aus Sowjet Zeiten .Ich kann dieses Hotel leider niemanden weiterempfehlen.Für das Doppelzimmer habe ich ca. 85,00 Euro bezahlt und dafür bekommt man sicherlich etwas besseres.

La zona de piscina es muy agradable, con espacios verdes y un bar disponible cerca de la misma. Un equipo de animacion muy agradable.

La zona de restaurant deja mucho q desear, ya que los camareros, se limitan a decir si y no sin mirar a la cara, ni sonreir, ni gracias, ni de nada. Cuando se les preguntaba donde estaban los cubiertos, parecia q les pidieses un favor.

Das Frühstück und der Pool waren in Ordnung!

Als wir ankamen wurden wir eigentlich freundlich aufgenommen! Na gut, das Hotel ist eher für junge Leute die feiern wollen. Sehr abgenutzt. Mitarbeiter entpuppten sich als sehr unfreundlich, vor allem dann, als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, alles durcheinander war, auf dem Boden verteilt war und die Balkontüre sperrangelweit offen stand. Es wurde nur gesagt, dass es nicht sein kann dass jemand drin war und es sei unser Problem! Danke fürs Gespräch! Naja, Sauberkeit ist ganz okay, wenn man die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch setzt. Und das essen - keine Ahnung was das alles sein hätte koennen. Das einzig gute am all inclusive sind die getränke. So, genug gemekert.

bonjour, fideles clients de l'hotel car nous venons minimum a lloret 2 fois par mois et surtout a nous sejournons toujours au samba car l'acceuil et chaleureux, le personnels reception courtois, polie, souriant , nous sommes comme chez nous au samba ... le personnels femmes de chambres polies, courtoises, serviable, le personnels petit dejeuner, polies courtois(es) le personnels bar polie, car si nous sejournons dans de bonne conditions au samba ces grace a tous ce petits monde qui sont la pour nous alors dans les commentaires faisons leurs honneur, la chambre vue sur la piscine, calme, tres propre, salle de bain tres propre, petit dejeuner assez bien et bon.

le petit dejeuner devient un peu moins copieux et pas tres varié cela et un detail sans gravité

La suite. La habitación es muy grande y sobre todo el jacuzzi. Y también el detalle de subirnos el desayuno a la habitación.

Hay que controlar un poco a personas que debido a un estado de embriaguez molestan a los demas.

La situation de l'hôtel , le confort et la propreté de la chambre

Les chambres assez mal insonorisées, bruits venant des occupants de la chambre voisine, des personnes circulant dans le couloir, et de l'extérieur

gustado mucho de la limpeza de lo hotel y la tranquilidade..y gustado que a podido levar meu perrito,,,, esto e muy importante no hotel,,,os cliente le gusta de ficar junto con su mascota,,,, un saludo a todos,,, y me sujeria a todos mi amigos ,,, desfrutar deste hotel...
